There are some additional fees that could apply to your removal if your items take longer to collect or are more expensive to dispose of. We don’t want our customers to be caught off guard, so we always share these in advance:
Excess weight
Any weight exceeding the agreed limit will incur an additional charge of 18p plus VAT per kilogram.
Extended collection time
In the event that the collection surpasses the agreed time, there will be a fee of £1 plus VAT for each additional minute.
Mattress disposal
For the removal of each mattress, there will be an extra charge of £20 plus VAT.
Fridge disposal
If a fridge needs to be removed, there will be a minimum fee of £30 plus VAT.
